After almost 30 years of suffering from Social Anxiety and not being able to socialize, I finally had it. SA has prevented me from having a social life and it has also prevented me from advancing in my career. I can’t deny it any more. I have fear of negative evaluation and fear of public speaking. I have started my recovery about two months ago and I have been reading books and trying to change my core beliefs. Hopefully with my effort and with the help of all the friends that I’ll make in this site I can finally recover and start having a normal life.
