Personally, I love to practice yoga and lift weights, eat all sorts of crazy veggie smoothies, and spend much of my time hanging out with friends, reading, or dorking around on the computer.
As for social anxiety, I've had it since I was a teenager (really the beginning of high school). It's funny because for the longest time I didn't know what was wrong with me, I just knew that my neck would get super tense and my palms would sweet in class. Now after successfully surviving college and graduating, I've found ways to deal with it, but I'm far from "cured."
