I am 29 years old and live in Goteborg in Sweden. I have come to understand that I suffer from Social Anxiety. When I was twenty one years old I had my first panic attack and since then anxiety has been troubling me in different situations. Recently I started going to CBT and now I understand that it is social anciety that I am suffering from.
